Fossil Leaves by: Doug Hi Randy, You have some nice leaf fossils. I am not enough of a botanist to identify a species here. Knowing where they were found would help. that could tell you the age of the rock. If you know when and where the originl plant grew it shortens the list of possibilities. If you found them locally, someone in your area knows what they are. You might check with your local rock shop or gem and mineral society/rock club.
