Found it In the Lake Ontario regions. It have white stuff all over

Thank you for the really factinating information. It is really a curiosity as what the black thing is. Is there a place that samples the rock for indentifications?

The white stuff is Crinoids.

Most of this white stuff is crinoids. See this page for more information on crinoids:

The circles are the ends of the stem part of a crinoid.

The black impression in the middle does resemble a shark tooth but I would't bet on it.
